
From Exposition, select Set up an exposition, double-click an exposition, double-click an exposition product, click More, and select Fees
Exhibitor Class
Displays the exhibitor's class as defined on the Set up exhibitor classes window. If Default is assigned, the product fees apply to all exhibitor classes (customer types). The following are examples of exhibitor classes:
■ M = Member
■ NM = Non-Member
■ SP = Speaker
■ STAFF = Staff
Comp
Enable to NOT charge the selected exhibitor class a fee for the product.
Early
Enter the rate that applies when an exhibitor places an order on or before the established Early Cutoff date as defined on the Set up an exposition window.
Regular
Enter the rate that applies when an exhibitor places an order for a product after the Early Cutoff date but before the Late Cutoff date.
Late
Enter the rate that applies when an exhibitor places an order after the established Late Cutoff date as defined in the Set up an exposition window.
Income Account
Enter the general ledger account number for the selected product. Select the Find icon to look up an account.
Deferred Account
Enter the general ledger number that records the fee until it is transferred to current income (when the exposition is presented). The Deferred Account field only displays if you are licensed for Deferred Income. Select the Find icon to look up an account.
To define product fees
1. Open an exposition product on the Exposition Product Detail window:
□ From Exposition, select Set up an exposition to open the Set up an exposition window.
□ Double-click the exposition to open it on the Set up an exposition window (second instance).
□ Double-click a product.
2. Click More, and select Fees to open the Exposition Booth & Product Fees window.
3. Click Edit.
4. (optional) Enable the Comp option if the Exhibitor Class will not be charged for the exposition product.
5. Enter product fee information for each Exhibitor Class (iMIS automatically populates the decimal point and zeros):
□ Early
□ Regular
□ Late
6. Enter an Income Account for each Exhibitor Class.
Note: If you select *Default* and enable Comp, all exhibitors receive the selected product at no charge. If you select a specific Exhibitor Class and enable Comp, then only exhibitors in that class receive the product at no charge. See Editing Exposition Orders.
7. (optional) Enter a Deferred Account number for the *Default* line.
8. Click OK.
